Danish Ministry of Employment - Agile approach that works

Complete enterprise level website for Danish Ministry of Employment (Arbejdsmarkedsstyrelsen) project implemented in 1 ½ months:

Danish National Labor Market Board and Addition Consulting sat down together and made:

• Conversion of the existing www.ams.dk that was running on Syncron CMS to Sitecore CMS with Addition’s data conversion module 
• Implemented new web design 
• 4 new region sites (Sub sites) 
• New Newsletter
  

All done in 1 ½ months over the summer!

How could this be done?
We believe two main reasons are:

• Team's flexibilty to make decisions throughout the project
• Agile Development - Addition used Agile approach to project as to ensure maximum user value within a given timeframe.
