As client accession grows, and client solutions become steadily larger and more complex, Addition strengthen their support, and thereby enhance focus on our client’s needs when the system has been delivered and launched.
A new, and experienced support responsible, and an additional supporter are therefore being attached to Addition’s support department, which shall secure the clients a good continued experience, when they have chosen Addition for supplier of their Sitecore CMS system for their web, intranet, and extranet solutions, also when the system has been delivered and launched.
In this context the support has gotten the responsibility for tests and quality assurance of the solutions delivered. This means that the support already at the point of development gain thorough knowledge of the individual solutions, so that the clients will see that the support always will be competent on their very solution, and have knowledge about the solution in question when needed.
